Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of moonmediaaffairs.com (the “Site”), operated by Moon Media Affairs, LLC (“Moon Media Affairs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information only

The Site describes Moon Media Affairs and our services for general information. Nothing on the Site is legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

No client relationship

Visiting the Site, sending a message through the contact form, emailing us, or calling us does not make you a client and does not create any agreement for services. A client relationship begins only when both you and Moon Media Affairs sign a written agreement. Until then, please do not send us confidential information. We cannot treat anything sent before an agreement is in place as confidential.

No guaranteed results

PR and media outcomes depend on editors, producers, platforms, and audiences we do not control. Any examples, descriptions, or statements on the Site are not a promise or guarantee of any particular coverage, placement, booking, ranking, follower count, or result. The specific services and outcomes for any engagement are set only by the written agreement for that engagement.

Our content

The Site and its content, including text, photographs, video, graphics, the Moon Media Affairs name and seal logo, and The Mirit Moon Show name and footage, belong to Moon Media Affairs, Mirit Moon, or their licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defame, or harm anyone
• Send false, misleading, or spam messages through the contact form
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Scrape, copy, or collect content or information from the Site by automated means
• Interfere with the security or proper working of the Site

SMS terms

Program. Moon Media Affairs text messages (“Moon Media Affairs SMS”) share updates, offers, and information about our services with people who opt in, for example by checking the text message box on our contact form.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. To join again, reply START.

Consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Messages you send

You are responsible for the information you send us and confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use the information in your message to reply to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site links to third-party websites and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and podcast apps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
